Do you
deliver? If so, how much is the delivery charge?
Yes. Currently, $3.00
Should I tip if
there’s a delivery charge? If so, how much?
You ask the great question. It's entirely up to you but please realize that the delivery people use their own cars and must pay for gas and upkeep. They work in bad weather, struggle to find places to park and are frequently under extraordinary pressure to perform. Furthermore, thanks to the recent downtown Evanston development, they have to deal with rush hour during the dinner hours. Your kindness and generosity with delivery people is always appreciated.
Is there a minimum
order?
Yes - $15 before we add tax and delivery charge. That would make the minimum total a little over $19.
What is your
delivery boundary?
Evanston but sorry, we do not deliver to the hospitals.
Why not Chicago?
Insurance.
How long do
deliveries take?
We generally quote less than an hour though sometimes we give longer times. Our average time is between 30 and 45 minutes but we cannot guarantee that.
Why can’t you be
faster?
As much as possible, we cook your food to order. We have a fairly large dining room and must also cook for that. If your delivery seems to be taking a long time, it's almost always because the dining room is packed and we are maxed out with cooking. Also, extreme cold, snow, rain, ice and tornados cause longer delivery times. Armageddon may also impact delivery times.
Can you deliver
alcoholic beverages if I’m over 21?
You could be over 90 and we couldn’t. We do not have
that kind of license.
Can I order a
delivery for a specific time?
Yes but we need to allow a 15 minute window on each side. In other
words, if you ask for a 7 o’clock delivery, we would arrive between
6:45 and 7:15.
What are your
delivery hours?
From 4 to about 8:45.
Is there anything
you’d like to add?
YES. PLEASE, PLEASE--do not order delivery if you're not going to be at home when the driver gets there.
What was it like delivering pizzas in the 70's?
Did you see the movie Dazed and Confused?
